Jillian knows what she’s doing, so no suprise that her workout dvd is tough. It will be worth it though.

Next time I’m in the states, I’ll look into that Shred DVD. Everyone I’ve heard talk about it says it’s killer. That can only be a good thing really…right?

I have heard that was a great workout. Well I don’t know if “great” was the correct word to use…

I recently tried Cherry Tree Hill for the first time too and also loved it. I am glad I have a couple more skeins of it in the stash!
