Sometimes, things come up, and life happens, and I don’t get to go for a run or workout like I wanted to, or planned to. But after watching this ad that Sister Skinny posted, I have no more excuses. Do you?

What a great ad! I’ve just added something new for the winter, so if the weather is below 20oF I’ll be inside Muay Thai boxing to keep fit.

Ok …. I feel SO bad !!!! my goal was to get back in my runners this year. I’ve put in a few KM, but nothing like what I should.
I’ve been busy, got home late, no time, too tired, too fat, too hungry …. blah, blah, blah.
Eileen ~ look out for me, I’m going to get back and start logging some “LogYourRun” miles !!!
